ISO 9001 - 2000
The quality system on the basis of ISO 9000 series standards’ requirements was developed and implemented by
SFTC Ukrinterenergo in 1999, which became an efficient measure with respect to improvement of quality and competitiveness of services provided by the company at the international power markets.
The company is certified by TUV CERT association of engineering supervision (one of the leading organizations in Europe) as the general contractor on design, construction, modernization of power projects, supplies of power engineering equipment and energy carriers.
Currently, the ISO 9001:2000 International Quality Management System (certificate registration number - 7510060037) is governing the company’s activities. The certificate confirms that in accordance with the system requirements the company’s personnel has a sufficient confirmed experience and qualification.
The strategic aims of SFTC Ukrinterenergo in the quality sphere are:
- increase of scopes and expansion of completeness of services provided by the company in Ukraine and abroad;
- support of high level competitiveness;
- meeting the Customers’ requirements by means of increasing the customer value of products that are manufactured;
- improvement of project and process management on the basis of the needs and expectations analysis.
Acting in its activity in accordance with provisions of the quality management system and building the relations with its partners on the principles of mutual understanding and respect, the company confidently offers services of different complexity in necessary scopes that are performed within the required terms.
In the first quarter of 2010 the company’s staff is changing over to the quality management system that meets the requirements of the ISO 9001:2008 standard and will promote further improvement of the company’s activity.
